Leanne is one of the salon partners and started her hairdressing career in 1993 in Morecambe then onto Toni & Guy in Knightsbridge. She also taught at Lancaster and Morecambe college for a short time. Leanne thrives off of short haircuts and anything avant garde.

Lucy is one of the salon partners. She started in the industry in 1999 and trained with Vidal Sassoon. Her specialty is colouring, having done the Wella Master Colour Expert Program in 2016. Lucy also specialises in the Fabriq smoothing treatment.

Koula is one of the salon partners and started hairdressing in 2005 on an apprenticeship through Lancaster and Morecambe College. She has completed a wide range of courses with RedKen, ghd, Wella and L'Oréal. Koula mainly specialises in balayage, highlighting and toning services.

Aly has been in the industry since 2003, training with Toni & Guy and passing with a double distinction. She has also worked and spent time in Australia over the years. Aly joined Glasshouse Salon in 2023 and loves all aspects of hairdressing especially working with blondes, curls and short hair.
